Construction

Unit: Fully assembled and prewired unit-fan, controls, filters and cleaning system.
Body: Rugged 1/4" and 12 gauge steel plate construction. Large access door in side of body permits easy filter cartridge inspection and replacement.
Lifting Eyes: 50" diameter, 1/2" steel plate construction with completely enclosed heavy duty support bearings, overhead hoist accessible, with standard abrasive resistant liners.Two lifting eyes for easy transport and placement.
Environment: Weather proof enclosures and motors.

Power and Air Requirements

Electric: Nema 12 rating on electrical enclosures.
Blower Motor: Motor is totally enclosed and fan colled to provide maximum life. Unit is available in 208, 230-460 VAC, 60HZ, 3 phase.
1500 CFM: 5 HP, 3600 RPM, 208, 230-460 volt, 3 phase
Air Requirement: 3 CFM of clean, dry, compressed air @ 80-90 PSI. 1/4" NPT furnished for air connection.
Standard: Magnehelic Gage for monitoring filter pressure differential.
Optional: Photohelic control available for precise purging of filter cartridges.

Refuse Collection

Cartridges: Six (6) 8" x 32", 80-20 media 150 pleat cartridges with 792 Total Square Feet of media.
Self-cleaning: Automatic, reverse-pulse cleaning system for long cartridge life.
Containment: Standard 5 gallon dust bin provided for easy removal of dust.
Container Removal: Bucket cover assembly allows for easy removal and replacement of 5 gallon dust bin.

Safety and Structure

Safety: Exhaust deflector provided to direct air upward. Optional release panel for operation in hazardous environments.
